
How to Add Watermark in MS-Word 2007/2010
1. Open the Microsoft Word Software and click "Page Layout" menu in Ribbon Menu. Then click on "Watermark" option.
2. Go to "Custom Watermark". It has two options are picture watermark and text watermark. You can select a picture to be watermarked in your files. Scale the picture as you want.

3. If you don’t want watermarks or you want to remove it, select the No watermarks option.
How to Add Watermark in MS-Word 2003/XP
Go to Format menu ->Background and click on "Printed Watermark". You can use it same as above options. The watermark will be applied on all pages of your document.
