VLC Player for iPhone and iPad available back in App Store

VLC Media Player app for iOS was removed from Apple iTunes Store on January 2011, due to the VLC App Store terms of use. After the two years, VLC developed a new brand app for iOS with more features and returns to the iTunes App Store. The new VLC Player app is now available to download for free in the App Store.

VLC for iOS can play all your movies and shows in most formats directly without conversion. VLC for iOS app comes with new features including Wi-Fi upload, Dropbox integration, AirPlay support, realtime video filters, playback speed manipulation, subtitiles and more.

VLC announced that Google Drive and SkyDrive support will be available in next releases. VLC for iOS is now gradually rolling out in the iTunes App Store in many countries. It is completely free and it requires iOS 5.1 or later.
