Goolge Play Movies Now Available in India – Buy or Rent Movies

Google extended their Google Play Movies service into two new countries, India and Mexico. Now Indian users can buy or rent the movies on Google Play available from today. It seems Google takes India a little seriously, after the launches of Google Play books and Nexus 7 tablet in India.

In Google Play, you have to rent or buy the movie to watch or download. To rent a movie in India Store, the pricing is Rs. 80 or Rs. 120. Otherwise if you want to buy a movie in standard definition is priced for Rs. 190 and Rs. 490 to buy a high definition version (HD movies)

Android mobile and tablet users can download the app “Google Play Movies & TV” for watching videos online. Also you can download the videos and watch later offline from your device.

Movies are now available on Google Play in the 13 countries are US, UK, India, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Korea, France, Australia, Russia and Spain.

Google Play Books Now Available for Indian Users

Google Play Books now opened and available for Indian users today which allows downloading and reading books on Android devices. Google extended their Android Market to Google Play with more services such as Movies, Music, Books, Magazines and Applications. All the services are not available for globally because Google sets some limitations to all countries. For instance Google Play Books not available for India previously.

Google has updated the Google Play Books app and fixed some bugs and opened the app available in India. Now Indian users can download and read books using their Android app. There are millions of books available on Google Play Store including new releases, best sellers and upcoming authors and also free books.

Users can easily search and filter the books by categories listed in the library. You can read books with any of your devices like phone, tablet or computer. A lot of free books found in the library that lets you enjoy the reading experience, though you can purchase any other paid books.
